    Welcome to Westchester Bars Reviews!

    Westchesterbars.com is devoted to reviewing every single bar in the county of Westchester, NY. This is a one-man show, and it started on Jan 1, 2022.

    I like to visit bars. I like to have a beer or two or three if I’m not driving. I also like bar food. I like to listen to people’s conversations and potentially engage.  I like chatting with bartenders and watching the staff operate. I like finding a new place to visit repeatedly and maybe bringing others.  I also note that this content is a niche that is only represented by the big players and hasn’t been addressed by many individual review sites, and that’s where this becomes a business because I also like working for myself.

    I’m in the top 10% of bar/pub reviewers on Google Local Guides, and I eventually decided that Google shouldn’t benefit from all of my hard work, so now I have this site.

    It will be a slow and long process to increase the number of reviews (there must be thousands of bars in Westchester), but I’ll have a good time doing it. The goal is to have this website at least pay for itself, and when I start making a few bucks, even better.  I won’t quit my day job, yet.

    The reviews are mine and mine alone and will mostly be based on a single visit to the establishment.  So, consider them “first impression” reviews.  I may update a review if I revisit, but that probably won’t happen all that often. Visit and drink at your own risk, and don’t blame me if your visit doesn’t turn out just like mine.  Cheers!!!

      Tuck’d Away in Tuckahoe, NY

      Tucked away (See what I did there? ) on the corner of Yonkers Ave and Scarsdale Road in the town of Tuckahoe, NY is Tuck’d Away Bar and Grill.
